Ordering From Tusk Embedded Technologies Inc.
All orders should have the complete model number, quantity, purchase order number, bill-to address, ship-to address, method of shipment, desired ship date and Federal Tax ID Number. For customers in British Columbia please provide a sales tax exempt ID number if applicable. Orders are subject to acceptance in writing by Tusk Embedded Technologies.

Net30
Customers have the option of establishing a trade account with Tusk Embedded Technologies. A credit application must be completed by the applicant and upon approval will create a Net30 account. Please allow up to 10 working days to process. Terms with prior credit approval are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Tusk Embedded maintains the right to require partial or full payment in advance if the financial condition of the buyer does not warrant net terms.
Discounts
Quantity and OEM discounts may be available on an order or contract basis. Please consult the Tusk Sales Department for details.
Shipping
We ship all orders via FedEx Priority or FedEx Priority International. Shipping charges are collect or prepaid and added to the invoice. Shipping details and tracking numbers are provided upon request. All products are shipped in packaging suitable for ensuring safe delivery under normal shipping conditions.
Alternatively, customers may provide us with an account number and specify their preferred carrier and shipping method at time of ordering.
