OVERVIEW
The SATA Slim D150Q offers high performance and high capacity in a tiny form factor. With smaller dimensions, it is the best alternate solution for replacing 2.5” SSDs in embedded systems that have mechanical and space challenges. Compliant with JEDEC MO-297 standards and operating under SATA II (3.0Gb/s) protocol, the SATA Slim D150Q has a standard 7+15 pin SATA interface that can support most platforms with a standard SATA port. The SATA Slim D150Q is available in capacities from 2GB up to 128GB.
