OVERVIEW
Innodisk’s InnoLite mSATA D150Q is designed in a standard mini PCIe form factor with a SATA interface. This unique combination provides fast data transfer rate performance and allows for effective integration in small form factor applications, such as digital signage and notebooks. The InnoLite mSATA D150Q also supports the SATA II standard (3.0Gb/s) and is compliant with JEDEC MO-300/MO-300B standards and SATA-IO mini SATA standards. The InnoLite mSATA D150Q is an MLC-based flash device and is available in capacities from 8GB up to 128GB.
